Once, I got my first taste of how creating simple systems could transform a practice and improve lives, I was hooked. To see the stress on an owner ease up, To watch as they get their joy and love for the practice back, To witness the practice, team, and patients develop and thrive……is an unmatched privilege that I cannot find in any other industry.

Growing up the oldest of 7 kids taught me priceless lessons on team dynamics and living by organizational systems. From a seventeen-year-old dental employee in northern Maine to life as a dental consultant/dental spouse, developing and growing a successful practice in New York, equipped me with working knowledge of just what it takes behind the scenes.
